Community service is unpaid work performed by a person or group of people for the benefit and betterment of their community without any form of compensation. Community service helps connect the student to the community they exist in. It also helps them gain the experience and skills required for any professional prospects and broadens the students’ social horizons.

Each Student is expected to perform
A minimum of one hour of community service per year on campus
A minimum of 15 hours off campus. Students should not receive any monetary compensation for services rendered. Students should not work for relatives and friends.
For students to complete the requirements for some subjects, they will need to complete additional service hours in their area of studies.
Must be done at a community based non-profit organization
